This year, one of the things I’ve committed to is focusing on the health of my soul and spirit.  Let me be more specific, last year I spent a lot of time feeling drained and stressed out! That’s not productive or healthy! So this year, I’m trying a few things out to get my spirit back in shape, starting with:

  1. Going to church 1-2 times per mth (gotta start somewhere)
  2. Daily meditation & prayer at the start of my day (it helps to get your mind right before you leave the house)
  3. Creating a VISION board (made one a couple of yrs ago, and it worked!)
  4. Focusing on what I can change, all else will be put in God’s hands!
